Facility Installation Services, LLC is a full service office installation company operating in Nashville, TN. After working for a leading furniture dealer as a lead installation and project manager for ten years, Bob Culp founded FIS in 2003. Since then, the company has grown to become one of the most reliable and respected installation crews in the area. From a minor desk repair to a 400 cubicle build out, FIS has it covered.

Our motto: A happy customer is a repeat customer. Working on furniture installation in a corporate office environment can be a challenging endeavor. At FIS, we strive to be invisible in our work to provide the customer with the changes and office additions needed. You can expect the following on the day of your office installation:

  • A courtesy call in the morning notifying the time of our arrival
  • Upon arrival the lead installer will go over the plan and make sure that we are all on the same page
  • A neat and uniformed crew
  • An organized quiet job site
  • Upon completion a follow-up with customer to make sure we have met every expectation

At FIS, customer service and satisfaction are the key ingredients. Some of our customers have been with us for 20 years and never thought twice about calling another crew. All of our installers are trained for each specific task and to be engaging and courteous to each office worker. We are there to ease the pressure off of daunting office moves and changes and even make it fun! We are fully insured and bonded and lease a 7,500 square feet warehouse for receiving and customer storage.
